Great beans! I am not a huge fan of lemon on green beans, but the lime is amazing! Made as written except I rinsed them in warm water and then tossed with the lime juice mixture. I wanted to served these warm and only cooking them for 4 minutes and not rinsing in cold they were cooked to the right tenderness for me (I like then a little more tender than blanched). These will be made a lot! Going into my best of cookbook! Made for PAC Spring 2014.

  1. Cook all the beans in a large pot of boiling water for 4 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Combine the last 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir.
  4. Add beans, and toss to coat.
