These were great. My guests loved them. The skin was flavorful and crunchy and the inside was nice and moist. I used a seasoned salt mix to rub on the potatoes.. I used 4 large potatoes and only used 1 cup of sour cream. Definitly will be my go-to twice-baked recipe.
These potatoes ended up being the best I've ever made! The final results produced skins that were tasty and crunchy with potatoe mixture in the center that was worth 10 stars. My picky eater husband is from Europe where they don't eat the potatoe skins. These looked so good he boldy gave them a try and loved them! I will never make baked potatoes any other way now.
