I love cooking on the grill. I do it during all seasons. This recipe was easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I used olive oil instead of butter, just because it is a personal preference. Everyone enjoyed them.

Wonderfull! We have been cooking spuds like this for years, only difference is I oil my spuds with some olive oil before placing on the grill or in the foil. Olive oil and butter give such a full flavor to almost anything. Thanks FT!
