This is wonderful! I did find that in my oven the apples took over an hour to cook and even still when I got to the bottom of the apples they were still a little too crisp. I do believe next time I will increase the oven temperature a bit. I also chose to use balsamic vinegar and regular raisins and am very happy with the result.
