Treat yourself to a break this holiday season: get cozy and put your feet up, flip on some holiday music or Christmas television, and relax while sipping one of these babies! They're quick to whip up and so tasty, too. Just make sure you use full-fat eggnog; the low-fat kind is just too thin to work here. Adapted from Lon's Hermosa Inn, a Phoenix institution.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces dark rum
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- 1⁄2 ounce vanilla vodka
- 4 ounces full-fat eggnog
- 1 dash nutmeg
- honey, crushed graham crackers, and a cinnamon stick (optional garnishes)

- If desired, dip the rim of a chilled martini glass in honey and then into graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour rums, vodka, and eggnog in a shaker with ice. Shake until combined.
- Strain into glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired. Makes one stiff eggnog martini.
