      Bollywood fun! Why have plain mango ice cream when you can kitsch it up with crazy fruit and candy! I used a can of lite fruit cocktail, but you can hardly tell it's there. I added diced dried kiwi and dried strawberry and halved Tutti Frutti Jelly Belly jelly beans. I topped it with more Tutti Frutti Jelly Bellies and multi-colored chocolate covered sunflower seeds, and added a gingersnap accompaniment. I used sweetened condensed milk, and the full recipe of Whipped Dessert Topping. Except for the candy, this is how our Indian friends told us to make ice cream. It's very easy, requires no special equipment, and tastes great! What more could you want! Made for The Wild Bunch for ZWT8 for its trip to India.
