  4. A very quick & easy side dish that has a wonderful taste! Although I did use a purchased garlic sauce, another time I'd make this a main dish using JoMama's homemade spaghetti sauce that I always have in the freezer! Thanks for sharing your recipe! I'm a 17 year old vegan who loves my body and loves to cook, so, naturally, I love tasty organic, meat-free uber healthy dishes. I'm not sure what else to say, so I'll just go with the little ideas they put next to the "about me" box: I live in a little town called Stillwater, near the Twin Cities in Minnesota. It is said to be the birthplace of the state. Work.... well, I have no official job yet, but I am currently pursuing a music career in alternative/folk rock. I play guitar and write my own songs and sing and stuff. For fun I like to cook and sing and climb trees and go hiking and read and listen to music. I am very passionate about the enviroment, nutrition, philosophy and spirituality, and my music. Pet peeves.... spit, feet on the table, leftover ketchup smell, and..... that's about it. Now you now all about me! Exept that my name is Alex. So, Hi, I'm Alex, nice to meet you!
