This went together very nicely. Loved the addition of the spinach to the sauce, but we thought the sause as written was a little bland. I added a little salt and pepper and red pepper flakes which added a lot of flavor. I used fat free half-and-half to decrease some of the calories. I think you could decrease the amount of flour also as I had a lot left over. I'll make this one again. Made for "Let's Party" game.
This is delicious! It is so impressive yet it isn't difficult to make at all. It is company worthy and one I will make again. Made for ZWT7 for the Vivacious Violets.
Delicious! This tastes like a restaurant quality dish and smelled wonderful while cooking. I used Swiss chard from the garden instead of spinach and it worked out very well. It's a little rich (but fabulous) from the cream, but could probably work with half and half instead. I would definitely make this again.
