From Taste of Home Simple and Delicious. We LOVE this chicken recipe! I add a lot more garlic.
- 4 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless, 5 oz each
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Flatten chicken to a 1/2 inch thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the garlic, rosemary, sage and thyme in oil for 1 minute. Add chicken; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear.
