I had a taste for something italian without pasta.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Heat skillet.
  2. Chop onions.
  3. Add to skillet with the ground turkey.
  4. Add Italian Seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Saute on high heat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms.
  7. Saute for another 5 minutes.
  8. Add 1 can of beans with liquid and one without.
  9. Heat through.
  10. Mix in spinach.
  11. Serve with polenta.
