  1. I was skeptical about the lime juice but holly molly. The vultures at work circled for no more than 5 minutes and it was gone as if it had never been there, plate licked clean!!!!! Seriously... right in front of us, she picked it up and licked it!!!!

  2. I made this cheesecake last night and the results were AMAZING!! I've fed 8 people on it so far and it's been rave reviews all around! The only *slight* change I made was the addition of Skor baking bits to the mini choc chips and pecans - because they're my fave! THANK YOU for this AMAZING recipe!!!!! *Updated 2008* Still a favourite cheesecake that my niece and nephews all request me to make every year on their birthdays! Great recipe!!

  3. This cheesecake is to die for! I get asked for this one all the time. Glad to see it is on here! I make my own chocolate graham crust with 1 pkg grahams, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1/3 c. butter/margarine. :) Great stuff! This recipe made it into our book#179809!

  4. Wow! This cheesecake makes me wonder why I would ever waste my time or calories eating another kind of dessert! Absolute decadence! I converted the recipe to cheesecake squares (easier for parties). I baked it in a 9X13 pan for 20 minutes and it came out perfect! I also made the caramel sauce from scratch using the Creamy Caramel Sauce recipe. I drizzed the caramel sauce over the crust before putting the cheesecake mixture into the pan, and then drizzled some on top when it was finished. The creamy caramel sauce adds a buttery taste that combined with the toasted pecans is to die for!

  5. wonderful!!! i have made this several times and it is by far the one family & friends enjoy the most! i add some caramel sauce & pecans right onto the crust before adding the filling. this is definatley a crowd pleaser!!!!! next time i'm going to chop up some turtles and add them to the filling and then swirl in the two different batters. (can't wait!)
