Turtle Casserole

"Just another rice dish. The name came from the mushrooms looking like little turtles"

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 can French onion soup
• 1 can consomme
• 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
• 1 cup rice
• 1⁄2 cup butter

directions

1. Place Rice, mushrooms and soup in a casserole dish and stir mixture together.
2. Place stick of butter on top of mixture.
3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
