A yummy mashed turnip concoction, inspired by one of my Grandma's recipes!

Directions

  1. Cook turnip until tender, drain and mash.
  2. Add olive oil, egg replacer equivilent to 2 eggs (in this case corn starch and water) and beat well.
  3. Add everything else, mix, and put in oven dish.
  4. Sprink bread crumbs on top.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
