A cold pureed soup that's an interesting change from gazpacho. Found on soupsong.com, an interenational soup recipes site.

Directions

  1. Puree tomatoes in a blender until liquifiedl strain out seeds if necessary.
  2. Add oil, lemon juice, vinegar, curry powder, and salt.
  3. Blend, then pour in yogurt and mix well.
  4. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, ladle into small bowls and garnish with minced parsley.
