A healthier take on meatloaf. Still delicious with the same texture as meatloaf! Makes an excellent dinner on a cold night

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
  3. Put mixture into loaf pan.
  4. Spread ketchup across top of loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is done.

I've tried many turkeyloaf recipes and this one is quite good and requires little assembly; nothing to cut up except onions. I will make it again.
