Tasted like peanut butter and jelly for grownups. This was good, but neither of us got excited about it.

I thought this was delicious. I didn't have any apricot jam, so I used mango chutney instead. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Special and tasty! My DH doesn't like apricot jam but we found that the combination of curry powder, peanut butter and the jam just right. Tonight, we will make it the second time in this month. However, I changed the recipe a little bit by marinate the sliced turkey with a bit of fish sauce, dry sherry, white pepper and curry powder to give it a deeper favour.

Yummy and tasty! Very different for us! Loved the jam in this. I added some cayenne to make it spicier! Worked great! The sweetness with the spicy is such a great combo! Great quick, easy and yummy meal! Highly recommend it! Great recipe NCM!
