This is a tastey receipe that does wonders for left over turkey!!!! The suttle taste of the parmesan cheese with the turkey just go soooo well. This does take an hour, but I have 30 minutes to cook, so I cooked the noodles and got the cheese/turkey mixture ready and put it in the baking dish and baked it for 30 minutes, and then put it in the frig until the next day. (We ate turkey sandwitches while the tetrazzini cooked.) The next day, I popped the prepared dish in the oven for the remaining 30 minutes: Served with asparagus. This makes a bunch for my little family of four, so I froze half for another night.
