Made this yesterday and hubby, who is very picky about sauces, liked it. I was out of clove so I substituted with ginger and it was still great. I made the sauce seperately so that I could use any excess for vegetarian dishes. I've been using it on burgers with teriyaki sauce and it's great! I'm hoping to use it again this holiday season, and maybe earlier! Thanks, Little Elf!

This recipe is delicious, and low-fat. I took the hint from comments, and only added 1/8 teas. cloves, since I'm not a big fan of cloves. I used jelled cranberry sauce and loved it. I found that way no one taste overpowers the others. The manderin oranges were a welcome flavor burst. I made it with brown rice, making a bed of rice, slicing turkey and laying on top, then covering all with sauce. Fabulous.
