Turkey and green bean casserole type dish.
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 5 red potatoes
- 29 ounces French style green beans
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 onion
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
- Mince garlic and onion.
- Wash and slice red potatoes into small cubes.
- Brown ground turkey.
- Add garlic and onion, mix until cooked.
- Add potatoes on top of meat, then add green beans on top of potatoes.
- Do not mix.
- Add chicken bouillion.
- Cover and let simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mix gently and serve.
