"Try this bread for those leftover turkey sandwiches (YUMMY) or use it in place of your bread when making your stuffing for your Turkey I got this recipe from allrecipes.com"

• Ingredients: 13
• Yields: 1 1/2-2 lb loaf

ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄3 cup yellow cornmeal
• 3 cups bread flour
• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons celery seeds
• 3⁄4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons active dry yeast

directions

1. Place all ingredients in the order given into your bread machine, use your basic setting on the machine.

Fabulous! - personal preference next time I will add a bit more black pepper.
