      These were so yummy! I'm not a huge fan of tomatoes so I used curshed ones instead of fresh and used ground chicken instead of turkey and it was absolutely fabulous. Easy and quick, they also made my house smell great! Enjoyed the left overs for lunch the next day.

      I loved these! I haven't had a stuffed bell pepper since I was a kid. What a treat! I cut the peppers in half and steamed them. I had to use the "wet bread" for the bread crumbs and it worked out great! I served them with mashed potatoes and corn...just like mom use to. Thanks so much for posting!!

      So YUMMY! Thank you for this recipe! I really have never found a stuffed pepper recipe that the whole family enjoys until this one. I really loved the tomatoes instead of sauce!
