Turkey Spinach Mealoaf

"Another Cooking Light recipe I have yet to try. A mixture of ground turkey and ground beef.Update: I made this a couple of weeks ago, and it was a glowing sucess. My entire family ate it up, greens and all! I did use regular lean ground turkey instead of turkey breast. Next time I would use frozen chopped spinach instead of the leaf spinach."

  1. DELICIOUS! Drawback...no leftovers. :D I used lean ground turkey for the meat and panko instead of breadcrumbs. I added 1/4 tsp ground mustard, because I'm inclined to add mustard to everything. ;) I also used fresh spinach (just steamed it and squeezed it dry). This was terrific! My family devoured it, even my 6 year old son and didn't even put cheese on it...they LOVE cheese. LOL! Thanks so much for posting this!

I am a former retail management slave who is now a stay at home mom who absolutely loves her job. I have an eight year old, a two year old and a nine month old who all bring their own kind of joy to my life. My favorite thing in the world is to cook. We have a real, from scratch family dinner almost every night. Please don't be offended if I somewhat change a recipe in my review. I look at recipes sort of as guidelines, and alter them according to inspiration. I've received alot of helpful advice from reviews, that's why I share what I've done differently. With my little ones I'm pretty busy, but I LOVE this site and plan on being even more active as they get older.
