These are delicious, and healthy too! You can substitute ground chicken or ground beef if your'e not a fan of turkey.

  1. Heat a large deep saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil, ground turkey, onions, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until turkey is brown, breaking up with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cover. Cook stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve on toasted hamburger rolls, with my macaroni salad recipe # 504233 on the side.
