- 6 turkey breast, slices about 1 1/2 pounds
- 59.14 ml all-purpose flour
- 0.61 ml salt
- 0.61 ml pepper
- 1 egg
- 29.58 ml water
- 236.59 ml soft breadcrumbs
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 59.14 ml butter or 59.14 ml margarine
- 44.37 ml parsley, fresh minced (or more)
directions
- Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
- Pound turkey to 1/4 inch thickness.
- In a shallow bowl, flour, salt,and pepper.
- In another bowl beat egg and water.
- On a plate, combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese.
- Dredge turkey in flour.
- Dip in egg.
- Then coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry turkey slices in butter until done and golden brown, about 7 minutes (depending on thickness).

Mmmm this was yummy, I cut the recipe as it's just the two of us but it made no difference to the dish, it was very good. I used panko crumbs and it was very crispy and the parmesan and parsley gave it a lovely flavour. I will be making this again as DH got up from the table and said well that was brilliant. I would like to think it was my cooking but I think it was your recipe.
