I'm not going to rate this because it must be a matter of taste. I chose this to eat on the South Beach diet. It was perfect for it but I didn't enjoy the combo of flavors. The thyme stood out the most and clashed with the salsa. The texture was firm but the ground turkey with oats was bland to my tastes. I may have enjoyed it more with cilantro or oregano.
This was great. I had to omit the onions, (DH is alergic to them) I added a little jalepeno to make up for it.
A big hit with the whole family. I added a touch of cilantro and a minced chipotle for heat, but the dish would have been fine without it. Eazy prep, baked up beautifully! My husband has asked that we have it again next week, so it REALLY got flying colors here!
