- 709.77 ml rice (cooked)
- 354.88 ml turkey (chopped cooked)
- 1 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
- 59.14 ml onion (diced)
- 59.14 ml green pepper (diced)
- 4.92 ml basil (dried)
- 2.46 ml seasoning salt
- 1.23 ml pepper (red, black you choose)
- 118.29 ml milk
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 118.29 ml shredded cheddar cheese
- 118.29 ml mozzarella cheese (shredded)
directions
- Preheat over to 375 degrees. Coat a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray. Combine rice, turkey, tomato, onions, pepper, basil, salt, red pepper, milk, and eggs. Pour into pan and top with cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
