Turkey Porcupine Meatballs

Very tasty meatballs and very easy to make! The rice pops out to make them look like little porcupines! You can use the same amount of ground beef if you prefer!

  1. Mix everything together except tomato soup and form into meatballs. Place in casserole dish and pour tomato soup over the meatballs. Bake at 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.

they did sound dry so i added two eggs a less garlic but they were good oh and i added a jalapeno too

These were good but alittle dry.The amount of rice probably should be more cause they didnt pop out like the description mentioned. They did have a good flavor though. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
