Very easy and suprisingly good. DH is doing low carb and this is a snack he really enjoyed. I used about a tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice (he loves his cheese) and cut them into bite size pieces. Great recipe, Dawn!

This is a yummy snack. The cream cheese was really good in there. I wrapped a slice of swiss cheese around a couple, and those were good too. Thanks.
