  1. Mix first 4 ingredients.
  2. Form into 4 to 6 patties, each about 3/4-thick.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Saute burgers 3 minutes each side, until browned.
  5. Mix Oriental Sauce and pour over burgers; bring to a boil, stiring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat; add celery, onion and pepper.
  7. Simmer, covered, 6 minutes.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Add tomato; simmer 2 to 3 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
