Very tasty mushrooms! The mayo kept the turkey nice and moist and the seasoning was good. I did sprinkle on a little more Parmesan when I served these. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2014

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine turkey, Parmesan, mayo, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and remove their stems.
  4. Spoon the filling into mushroom caps. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
