- 680.38 g lean ground turkey or 680.38 g ground buffalo meat
- 118.29 ml diced red onion
- 29.58 ml cilantro
- 14.79 ml chili powder
- 14.79 ml garlic, minced
- 2.46 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- 425.24 g can white beans
- 425.24 g can kidney beans
- 425.24 g can black beans
- 425.24 g can pinto beans
- 425.24 g lentils or 425.24 g adzuki beans
- 946.36 ml chopped zucchini
- 946.36 ml bell pepper tomato soup (non-milk based) or 946.36 ml tomato soup (non-milk based)
- 4.92 ml sea salt
directions
- Brown meat and drain.
- Turn slow cooker to high. Add all ingredients except beans and zucchini, stir and cover.
- Partially drain beans and add beans and zucchini to crock pot. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8.
