Turkey Meatloaf

READY IN: 1hr 15mins
Recipe by internetnut

This dinner table classic gets a healthy upgrade with the substitution of ground organic turkey for red meat and with the use of the spice sage. The quantities of spices are given in ranges because some people prefer a more flavorful meatloaf; in that case, use the larger quantity. Add ground or whole flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds. I found this recipe in Arthritis Health Monitor leaflet. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

This is a very nice recipe, I didn't add any liquid i.e. stock, mine held well together if it had been dry I would of added it but it was fine I also went for the more seasonings as I think the more flavour the better. I did add a tablespoon of flax meal rather than breadcrumbs and baked it in the oven for 1hour. I would definitely make this again it's very healthy and very tasty. Thank you for posting.
