I made this adding panko/breadcrumbs for the bread and I cut the milk to about 1/2 cup. I did sautee some onions, green pepper and garlic and added that to the mixture. I also used recipe#63812#63812 for the italian seasoning. Definately a delicious recipe and one I will make again. Thank you for posting. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup tag game 2013.

I used to make Ina Gartens turkey meatloaf. No more!!! This was a really light and delicious meatloaf, that was so incredibly speedy to put together.I used wholegrain mustard,as I had a little to use up,and instead of bread I used some homemade breadcrumbs that I had in the freezer.I topped half of it with ketchup (for the children) and the other half with barbecue sauce. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed this.Leftovers were good too.A real winner!! Made for PAC Fall 2008

My favorite cook book is the classic Betty Crocker Red Cookbook, circa '76. My mother and my husband's mother both used it, so we love everything out of it!
