Simple Turkey Meatloaf

  1. In a skillet, cook the onions and garlic with olive oil.
  2. Combine turkey, onions, garlic, tomato sauce, oats, salt, pepper, soy sauce, egg.
  3. Place in 4"x8" loaf tray.
  4. Cook in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165-170 degrees.

Very easy and tasty meatloaf. Made it just as stated and would perhaps only change the amount of pepper and salt. Since the soy sauce is salty in itself I think 1/2 teaspoon salt would be enough and same for the pepper. Will experiment. Thanks for posting.
