Make ahead of time and store in refrigerator overnight.
- 1⁄2 lb lean turkey meat
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet Lipton onion mushroom dry soup mix
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Doubled the recipe then doubled the ketchup (for a total of 1/4 cup ketchup) and added 1/2 teaspoon salt. Used a sweet ketchup sauce for topping. This was fantastic, couldn't even tell it was turkey and it was very moist but held together perfectly! Delicious will make often, thanks!!
