Turkey Meatballs

"These are the meatballs I make when I make my spaghetti. I prefer meatballs as opposed to a meat sauce but these are very juicy and can be crushed very easily. Also it being turkey they are healthier than ground beef meatballs."

directions

  • Purify onion (you need the juice for making the meatballs juicy) and garlic together. I use a mini chopper.
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • combine turkey, onion/garlic mix, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  • add grated parmesan cheese.
  • add bread crumbs and italian seasoning.
  • mix well.
  • spray or butter baking sheet.
  • roll up meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  • Place sheet in oven for 15 minutes, then turn. They should be a nice brown color on one side.
  • cook for another 15 minutes.
  • This is where I add them to my spaghetti sauce that is already warmed up and just let them simmer in there while I start the noodles.
