- cooking oil
- 1 lb oz turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- garlic salt
- flour, for dredging
- 1 ounce chopped onion
- 1 diced shallot
- 1 1⁄2 ounces mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 ounces turkey or 3 ounces chicken broth
- 2 ounces marsala wine
directions
- Heat oil.
- cut turkey breast into scallop pieces.
- sprinkle garlic salt on turkey scallops.
- brown turkey pieces.
- add mushrooms, garlic, onion, shallot.
- brown, then drain excess oil.
- add broth and wine.
- reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens.
