      You can use a mix of white and dark meat

      Chop the turkey so it becomes a ground/crumble mix. I found using the food processor helps.

      Mix ground turkey with the softend cream cheese and add the can of chillies. For a POP you can add a lil bit of shredded cheese too.

      Stuff the mixture into shells/mannicotti.

      Pour soup mix over the top, and then the cheese.

      Cover with foil bake at 350 for 1 hour. take foil off last ten minutes

      Serve with texas toast and salad.
