My boy-friend says this Turkey Loaf tastes as if it was made with ground beef. I like the fact that its healthier for us.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray an 8" x 5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, lightly beat egg white.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  5. Shape into a loaf and place in pan.
  6. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 minutes.
  7. Top with additional ketchup (optional).
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Pretty good. This is pretty much how I made my turkey loaf anyway, but this recipe gave me some ideas to add extra flavor and moisture. Thanks!

Very good!! This will definitely be a repeat recipe for us. Thanks for sharing it. The only thing that I didn't like was the grease that was on top after baking, but this can be poured out and thrown away.
