- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon thousand island dressing
- 1⁄4 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons thousand island dressing
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- Mix loaf ingredients with your hands.
- Press into a greased loaf pan.
- Cover w/ topping.
- Bake 350 degrees F 45 minutes.
