- 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless turkey breast
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- Trim turkey into 2 inch cubes. Place in a bowl and toss with oil, wine, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare hot fire. Thread turkey onto skewers. Grill 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
