I can't say enough about this recipe. We love it so much we don't wait until we have a turkey carcass to make it, we buy a turkey breast. Only thing I changed was adding about 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce to the water and I use brown basmati rice. Thanks for sharing, now it's Polish comfort food.
