Great weeknight meal! My turkey came in a 1.25 package. I used it and used a little more bbq sauce and water. I didn't have cayenne pepper so I used 1/2 tsp. of cajun seasoning. Thanks for the healthy & tastey recipe!

I love this recipe!!! The taste was wonderful. The only things I did different was to add salt and pepper to the turkey for seasoning and then I left out the cayenne pepper. This is a keeper for sure!

This is really a great dish! DH gave it a BIG thumbs up. (he didn't even know that it had ground turkey in it)I used Stubbs Barbecue sauce (very low in sugar) Over all a wonderful lower fat sloppy joe recipe. I'm keeping this one! It made so much that we served it on top of both buns, split. This could easyly serve 8. I served Sweet Potato Wedges Sweet Potato Wedges with it. Thanks CookbookCarrie for posting.

A very simple and tasty recipe. My first taste of sloppy Joes. We make kheema (a mince dish) which we eat in Bread loafs. I used beef mince and made it for lunch for my DS and me. I made it again adding some more vegetables (carrots, peas and cabbage)and it was very nice with simple hamburger rolls (did not get mixed grain) Will make the rolls too the next time I make these. Thanks for posting. Fay
