I started prepping my turkey 2 days prior and I have to say: this recipe was AMAZING! My husband, my teenage daughter (which I really must say: is a VERY picky eater) & myself, loved this flavorful recipe! From the aroma smell to the taste, this was a hit with my family! We injected our turkey about 16 hours before we smoked the turkey. This turkey was the best that we have ever cooked! Delicious! We will keep this recipe for future Thanksgivings to come...Thank you!
I loved this! The smell as it was simmering was heavenly. It gave the turkey a wonderful flavor and kept it moist. I will use this recipe again and try it on different cuts of meat.
Very good. Substituted minced garlic for the garlic oil, and olive oil for the garlic oil. Spices were all dried too, and no worc. sauce, but all the rest was wonderful. Best compliments on my turkey this year. I would dare to add more hot sauce (tabasco) next year & the worc. sauce. I bet the fresh spices would be better too. Thanks!

I miss roast turkey but the rest of my family likes the fried turkey better. This fried turkey was very moist and full of flavor. My family says this is a keeper. Thanks Rita L. Bullwinkle.
This made a great, juicy and flavorful bird! I had no fresh herbs so used dried and added garlic with regular oil....Had way too much sauce for my little chicken but I froze what was left for another time. Was awesome!!! Thanks Rita cant wait to try this on a pork roast!
