This is a very light but tasty sandwich for those of you who are trying to lose weight. Enjoy this sandwich with an apple and glass of skim milk.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces of lean smoked turkey breast, sliced
- 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 teaspoon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey
- whole wheat pita bread
- tomatoes, sliced
- Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and honey together and spread it all inside the pita pocket for such good flavor.
- Stuff the pocket with the turkey, lettuce and tomato.
Great sandwich! Used regular mayo - loved the honey-mustard-mayo combo and will be using it for many other sandwich combos.
