  1. Preheat oven to 400°; put the pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Mix together the sour cream and mint; spread evenly over pitas.
  3. Sprinkle each pita with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with turkey, cucumber, tomtao, and feta cheese; may sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, if desires.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until pizzas are hot and cheese is melted.
