These are absolutely delicious! A couple of changes I needed to make: substituting garlic powder for garlic salt, and onion salt for onion powder. It worked perfectly. Also - we had no whole cranberry sauce; so I whisked cranberry jelly until it was smooth, then added the mustard. I love to cook, and - like all of you, make adjustments to fit what's in the pantry, sometimes altering amounts, & adding an ingredient or two. Marg from GA
This is the best turkey burger I've ever had...and it is so easy to make! DH was impressed. Great mix of flavors...maybe a little heavy on the dijon for my taste but I'll just use a little more cranberry next time. Thanks...this is definitely a recipe we'll make again and again.
