- 1 lb deli sliced smoked turkey
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 packages frozen broccoli stems
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- Wrap turkey around broccoli spear and arrange in 2 rows in greased 9x13 baking dish.
- sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Spread 2 cans of chicken soup over the top.
- Sprinkle with mushrooms-then cheese.
- Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes.
