I've made this twice within a week, we enjoyed it that much. It's got a good kick to it. I did substitute a 1.25 lb. package of ground turkey for the cubed turkey breast and linguine for the soba noodles, as that is what I had on hand. I just changed the serving size to 5 and this website makes the adjustments of the remaining ingredients for me. I love that feature and love this recipe!
We loved this! I must admit I made lots of changes. I used BS chicken breasts, sour cream instead of yogurt and dried ginger in place of fresh. I wanted to try the recipe and these were the ingredients I had on hand. It turned out amazing. I'm really looking forward to making this again very soon following the recipe as written. Thank you so much for posting a new favorite for us.
This was excellent. I made the recipie according to the directions - fresh giner is a must. Next time, I think I'll make it with tofu instead of turkey and pad tai noodles instead of soba.
Very good and easy - skipped the cashews, but found this very spicy and enjoyable. Thanks for sharing!
