Trying hard to eat healthier I make this soup quite often.
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 lb ground turkey, breast-no skin
- 1 (48 ounce) can tomato juice
- 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans
- chili powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Cook celery and onion in water until tender then drain. Brown turkey. Mix celery, onion, turkey, beans, tomato juice and seasonings and simmer for 1 hour.
